It's a new season of Doctor Who, and of course the staff has decided to change things up by making some changes to the TARDIS interior. I'm not sure what the point to the change was. The big thing I'm unclear on is - why are the roundels now hexagons? Throughout Doctor Who, the interior featured round things on the walls - roundels. But now they're hexagons. Why? Otherwise the interior reminds us of the interior used in the 1996 TV movie that was big and expansive.
